Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! So please make any changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. In the event you aren't able to, the following applies:
-After the 24 hour mark you cannot cancel or shorten the session without being financially responsible for the full amount of time you have scheduled.
-If you are LATE you will have 10 minutes grace before the session clock starts.
-Cancelling or changing ahead of time? With more than 24 hours notice there is no charge. Yay! And Thank You!
COUPLES AND PARTIES
This policy also applies to multiple sessions at the same location: once confirmed, you are responsible for all sessions booked - when one or more people cancel you will be financially responsible for the full scheduled time according to the same policies as individual sessions listed above.
Late Policy
up to 10 minutes grace before the session time clock starts. In the event I am more than 10 minutes late (which is very rare) I will be making it up to you with double the extra time or the scheduled amount of extra time plus an equal fee reduction.
